Optiv Electrical Engineering is an independent consultancy providing electrical design for diverse commercial project types. Our clients hire us to optimize power and lighting for their multifamily, hotel, office, retail, and restaurant projects. Because no two projects are the same and to provide our clients options for delivery, we also function as a subsidiary of Lakewood Electric and offer both design/build and traditional design-bid-build delivery methods.

Jeron Mamula, P.E. | Principal
Jeron is the founder of Optiv-EE. With nearly 20 years of experience as an electrical engineer, Jeron brings invaluable knowledge to his project teams. He is disciplined and meticulous in his design drawings. He is a proponent of energy efficiency and is dedicated to always finding the more appropriate design solution for your specific needs.
Jeron attended Colorado State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He’s licensed in over 10 states including AZ, CA, CO, HI, MA, MI, MO, NE, NV, OK, TN

John is the co-founder of Optiv-EE. He’s the owner of Lakewood Electric, Co, an electrical contracting company that has provided quality electrical services for over forty year. He’s a Master Electrician and brings a valuable electrical contractor perspective to every Optiv-EE project, often saving our clients on cost and improving construction efficiencies.
